Again a hunt suggests others have found fenugreek helped with thyroid issues, it seems it all really depends on what the problem is. The suggestion is fenugreek may curb the conversion of T4, the inactive thyroid hormone, to T3 the active form of thyroid hormone the body uses (1). Some people already have trouble converting T4 to T3 in the body and therefore the addition of fenugreek to these people's diet might make their symptoms of hypothyroid disease much worse (and reduce milk production)
