i have to use it since my tummy is very big.
this is given by my friend , so i don't need to buy a new one.
for me it is not the problem of hot, it is very "ma fan" since when you go to toilet, you have TO release it then WEAR it again. BUT it helps to stable the tummy, esp when i take bus to office or back home, the bus is alwas very "焯", and when i back to office i will 除了矩.
