my maid's just the same. she's not eager to talk to my girl. but she has 5 kids. it seems she doesn't know how to get along with kids.
and it seems she doesn't know how to communicate with people. very strange.
i always ask her to let my girl to have a nap after school as early as possible. If she takes a nap earlier, she'll go to bed earlier at night.
however, she always does somehting else when my girl backs home after school. i 've asked her to leave the things done after encouraging her to take a nap, but yesterday i saw from the cam, she just sits without anything to do. Then when my girl wanted to take nap, she did the laundry.
Same as u, she is fillipino. i always stay at home with her in the morning. My maid will reheat the lunch box I kept for her the last night, she will reheat by herself exactly at 13:00 whatever she is doing.....just stop and reheat to eat. While I will reheat my box by myself at any time I want to.
If no lunch, she will cook noodles for herself, never ask what will I eat for lunch. I will cook by myself...... It is ok for me because she won't cook better than me, even just a fast noodles.....
She just come to my home since dec last year, I am telling myself to 忍佢, till my second son go to primary school in coming sept, it she won't improve, I will fire her with any warning. Do the work myself will be more happier.
