Once u bought a certain amount, they will treat u as VIP. Just like my experiences, I went to different Chanel in Italy. No matter what product I ask for hold, they will ask me what kind of drink I prefer immediately. Especially the one in Venice, when I took the J12, they treat me like a VVIP. They showed me some items which are hidden.

Not really. I jus bot a medium classic for friend and then asked for a jumbo for myself, unfortunately at that time no silver chain calf leather available in whole Paris, then I tried on a gold chain, 2.55 and other seasonal items. Service was excellent!
