why don't you consider 抽絨毛 that you can do it now? although it's risk is higher than 抽x水, actually the risk is still low!(my c+dr say). thus, i'd done 抽絨毛 at that moment. it's because my husband and me could not bear the stress of waiting a long time!

I am also 32 and the blood test rest is 1:190 whereas normal shld be 1:270 but 頸皮 result is no problem. The Dr. also advised me to do the 抽x水 test. I am terribily worry now. Hope my baby is fine too!!! :-(

this worry is really terrible! i think your result is not so poor , mine is 1/63. and i've read a website of other country that many mama post thier stories about the 'bad' oscar result and their outcome. the poorest is 1/5 and most of them is poorer than 1/50. however, all of their bb is ok. thus, don't be too worry at that moment as i've said its 'false positive rate' is very high. proceed to 抽x水 if you're worry. Many tks for your advice and encouragement! I was out of control this morning when i got my Dr's call, don't know what to do??? But after surfing on this website, i started to feel more comfortable and relax since mums are able to share their experience and comments and most important that there are kind people like you! Once again, thank you! Let me wish all the mums and the mums-to-be will have their healthy and lovely baby! I have booked the test next week! Hope it will be ok la!

Hi, ladies,

I attended a routine check-up yestaurday at 10 week 4 days, the ultra sound showed that the nuchal fold (頸皮厚) was too thick (about 3mm).
My doctor immediately performed chorionic villus sampling 抽絨毛. He said the result will be available today.

I just cannot wait any longer.

I am glad that I have chosen this doctor. He is very experienced and confident in the process. I only spent less than 30min. on the same chair/bed where I had both the ultrasound and immediately followed by CVS 抽絨毛.

I have booked OSCAR for 4 Sept 2006, now I have already cancelled the appointment with pwh.

Don't be so worry, your bb will be fine.........my oscar test is 1/120 and I'm old-aged mom and thanks god that my bb is OK ar.......so be happy your bb can know your feeling ga.........

等做test的日子是痛苦, 我都身同感受。我的OCSAR結果都不理想, 1516左幾日時間, 做唔做抽胎水? (抽X毛危險仲大). 後來決定都係做(為左安心). 有朋友介紹一個經驗豐富的醫生, 由佢做抽胎水的流產率較低(1/1000).

做完之後, 發現並唔係想像中咁危險和恐怖. 3日後有快速結果, BB唔係唐氏,

發覺當我做左決定後, 心情變得平靜D, 多D搵人傾計, 會有助減少憂慮, 我都係咁。

開心D, 對BB都係好, 加油

多謝姊妹關心，report 剛出，染色體正常，舒了口氣，仲知道係女！仲有幾日要休息，希望平安渡過，抽絨毛唔好影響囡囡。

對我黎講, 等多一日都嫌多.
但, 既然醫生講左兩個選擇但都只建議我抽羊水.
我會信醫生囉.

呢兩日好少少架喇~ 個心定左好多.
只等日子快 d 過, 快 d 知道結果.
但點都好, 我都係咁鍚我的寶寶, 我會全然愛佢接納佢.
