same as my case.....after I got angry and nearly yell (I was having 聲帶發炎 at that time!!) at the staff they soon reported the case for me and brought me another stroller !!! But that took quite some time !!!

I think they should have improved the security system or provide a 單車 lock with each stroller !!!

我由8月中開始已用單車鎖鎖我地架士的車
even 係舊野, 不過唔見左就好大鑊囉
阿女咁大, 唔通仲買過架車仔比佢咩~~

I verbally made complaint to the hotel staff that evening when I need to take out the signature book for the buffet dinner, a hotel's manager called immediately to apologize wor.......

BTW, 唔怪得之我地大部份既香港人都唔去啦......if it wasn't my husband's BD and my daughter loves Buzz, I won't go to HK's disney lor..........

我上個月去迪士尼都比人偷bb車,不過我比較好彩,係睇完煙花後同迪士尼個經理投訴時比我見到我架bb車經過, 當場人賘並擭, o個個係自由行, 佢話以為係迪士尼d免費車, 後來迪士尼仲揾courier送左個呎半高o既winnie the pooh 去我屋企當賠償旅程中的不愉快tim

BTW, I think Disney should do sth to improve !!!

I spent $3xxx for the hotel + extra $ on [meals @ the best restaurant @ disney + Shopping @ Disney + Buffet @ Hotel to celebrate my husband's BD].......it was supposed to be done as surprise to him......but the waiter @ hotel asked Mr. Fung how he'd like the cake be served !!!! What kind of hotel it is ?? I have told them it was his BD, not my daughter's......they served the cake to my daughter in the end !!!!!



of course, I was so angry because it happened after we lost the stroller @ the park !!!

簡直離晒大譜！！！！如果我唔見左，我一定會追追追追追追追追追追究到底！！我好鐘意部車仔架。Disneyland 係香港人心目中已經死晒啦。我都唔去啦。多謝你地提醒。

我睇過, 迪士尼回應話"偷車"情況唔係咁serious...
Details 等我今晚番去把篇報導post 上來.

睇過哂你地的 posts 後, 我昨天帶著戰戰驚驚的心情去玩, 同上次一樣, 我地每次都係放架"吉"車係度, 連奶樽都帶走, 所以我地昨天"安全"回家.

If some magazine has reported the case, then the mgmt should know about it! So just send them a complain letter quick!

其實我覺得唔係d自由行有心偷車仔。
而係佢地唔識野，以為果d車仔好似超級市場d車仔咁冇識認。 見擺埋一邊既就以為係推得走。

會唔會係咁呢?!

Ignorance is not an excuse........Disney should make it clear and do sth to prevent that. Either by education (give them pamphlet at entrance.....they anyway will read it.....以為有著數 mar....hahahahaha) or let everybody use the stroller for free lor.

BTW, the parking area 有大隻牌寫住 parking area 咁 gar......I believe they won't be 文盲.......can read but just ignore lor......our beloved 大陸冇知識的同胞的通病........

My stroller was parked in the middle of many other rented strollers just outside Winnie the Pooh.......佢地架架同樣公仔(but with different name lar of course) 的stroller 唔偷,係偷架一睇都知係Disneyland Hotel既 (since the sides of the stroller also had the no. of the hotel stroller printed gar, very obvious, different from rented strollers), 唔係特登偷都冇人信. 不過咁, 佢可能唔知
