Pls check PM about the information of agency.
But Remember the following:
1. I don't believe any agent and any agency company. (I believe good agency can provide BAD maid, and bad agency also can provide GOOD maid, if depends what you choose)
2. Don't listen to agent (they might push you to get who will expriy the travel visa soon)
3. I will make my own descision (use your own method, like ask them what to do if .............., remember to remind her to answer it step by step)
4. Don't ask the following question:
a. Can you cook very well? YES
b. Do you know how to clean up the house? YES
c. Do you know how to take care the baby? YES
d. Do you like read books with your child? YES
e. Do you know ...................? YES
The maid will answer you all "YES". You have to test them do they really know how to do.
Test 1.
Take a book (or toys) and your child together to the agency, ask her show you how to read (play toys) a books with a child (you should put the books or toys on the table first, see what she will do, b4 you ask her to do)
Test 2.
If the child is getting hurt when playing a brike, what will you do? (remember - she should tell you step by step - in detail)
Test 3.
If we have some misunderstand, what will you do? (Remember their attitude is very important - polite? considerable the madam?)
5. Also, if you are urgent to get the maid, you have to call and push them to follow up the papers. (當時我發覺佢地幾漏氣, 我要吹佢地, 所以記住要吹)
6. This agency company send the maid to HK every week. (about 1x-2x) so, if you can not choose this week, wait for another week. (唔好心急)
7. Also, you have to ask did they get any course b4? What about their attitute when getting the course? (BUT FOR REFERENCE ONLY)
I found many mummy still 隔山買牛，I wanna to issue a new topic regarding "face to face agency", let them know they can select the maid face to face. Should I do it? But i am worry that they will 罵我, I have bad experience when I introduce my bunbun b4. see this: 我有好bunbun介紹
I am thinking about it for long time. When I saw they still pick a maid by a photo or video, I really wanna to tell them. But..............
