strongly agree,our 死人政府 not helping HK employer, but treat the helper so good, Singapore government is good, less salary, less benifit, why can't our government learn from them,
I think there are so many employer in HK, can we do something to push the government to change the law? at least, allow to fire when they are pregnant,
also the tax system is so unreasonable, last year my maid run away, the sum of 2400 can not be returned, and now the salary is 3400, that means total salary is 3800, when we fire them, we need to pay ~8000, we earn money not easy, I have to pay tax every year, why the government is so useless.

the cheap bunbun had not to get marry with the dead cheap guy till today, so the PK is not her husband till they have the marriage cert. by the law the cheap guy just only the father of the bb (may not be) not her husband.

Some addition opionion:
(1) 唔好便宜佢，require her to do all housework as you have her salary (掃地吸塵, use hand to wash clothes and each piece of clothes need to be ironed, cooking, etc).
(2) more frequently to invite guests to have fun & gathering in your mother's place --> purpose: (i) can take care of you parents and (ii) create more works to her.
(3) change your living address to your parents' address so that you can have your bun bun to take care of your parents. While the new yan yan to help in you own house. THIS IS BECAUSE, yan yan will help yan yan more. I worry that your new yan yan will help her to act against you.
(4) give her $300 meal allowance rather than provide food to her. In that way, she has to use this $300 for food include rice & even oil.
(5) state to her very clear that she has to stay at your parents home during the 10 weeks maternity leave (if she is in employment with you) and you will NOT allow the baby to stay there with her. That means, she has to find place for her baby to stay and to pay for the rental as well as the "maid" to take care of her baby. 死味! Tell her that you will NOT allow her to stay overnight else during her maternity leave and this is compliance to law.
