The least thing I want is my girl becomes a picky eater! :-( :-( :-( That's why I have to get idea from u gals now..... My parents always say that I WAS A PICKY EATER! :evil:

Nice to meet u here too! My girl's name is Karina. We like the sound and meaning of her name.

Karina rarely finishes her 8oz bottle. As I have mentioned, for bf, she only consumes 2-3 oz and that is..... :(

Tonight for dinner, she only ate a few spoonful of porridge, then veggie and chicken (So I joke that she was having chicken salad!). I think she is really like me, not very interested in eating.

1. 熙熙平日有吃奶粉.....婆婆煮的飯仔. 又或是我愉懶買給他的嬰兒食品...或米粉. ..有時也會吃大人吃的食物....例如餅乾...麵包....焗薯....試過食薯條...結果好似生暗瘡咁. 好搞笑

2. 熙熙尼幾日開始自己會拿奶樽....平日婆婆湊會餵佢食飯仔.....但我放假有時會比佢自己學下用餐具...當然往往佢都係會搞到周圍都係.. ..但都係一個學習的過程吧..總好過下下驕生慣養

3. 冇話邊個先. 因為係分開時間食的

4. 飯仔一兩餐....奶三餐.

I went to a Chinese supermarket yesterday (Sunday) and guess what's the price for a 火龍果? USD$6.99...... almost HKD$55 for on piece! And it's said that it's one sale already!

無所謂!最緊要bb健康發展就好了!始終不同地方有不同文化,食物又不同,甚至連水質都不同!bb活潑健康就好了,有機會可以show下相片給我們看看!

We held the one year old birthday party in the playarea outside our apartment --- my hubby and I were so tired after that, but worths it, Karina and her friends enjoyed it so much. :)

I believe every child is adorable, one way or the other… Actually she is VERY small size, at 1 year old check-up, she was not even 18 lbs! u think she’s big because she was carried by her small size mom!

We held the party because it’s her 1 year old b-day (means so much to mom and dad!). I don’t think we will do it every year! I saw your son’s photo too! He is equally adorable and active. I hope so much that my girl can eat like your son…

She did not eat her dinner the day before yesterday :-( , I was sad but I knew that I could not force her. Then yesterday I did not cook porridge for her, but let her sit with us and eat rice and tofu. That works! This is the first time she eats rice! Hopefully tonight she will continue to be a good girl la….

大草地 is something like a park outside our apartment. So it’s like a public area and people here like to hold event outdoor to enjoy the sunshine.

Want to reactivate this page because my bb, my hubby and I will have a vacation back for 3 weeks near end of Nov. We have not been back to HK for almost two years, and this time with bb together, really have a lot of uncertainty that want to ask u all !

(Please pardon me of the looooong list of questions, any comments/ info are welcomed and very much appreciated!

1. Weather: what's the weather now? dry? chilly?

2. Health: any good paediatrians (just in case for bb) and family doc (just in case for me

) in Wanchai, Jordan and 粉嶺 that u know of?

3. Where to get cheaper Pampers? Regular pharmacy or Watsons etc?

4. Any "Nestle Good Start" formula sold in HK?

5. Anybody uses carseat while taking taxi? Will the taxi driver refuse to give u a ride? How polite/ inpolite are they now? (In my memory, their services have always been not very good)

6. Do u know how to get from 粉嶺 to Jordan? 粉嶺 to Wanchai?

7. Anybody familiar with 牽晴間? We will live in a friend's apt there. Where to get (good) food (for bf, lunch and dinner, because I will not cook

) and good supermarket?

8. Anybody uses a portable highchair like this while dinning out?

And what is usually the condition of the restaurant highchairs? I am thinking whether I should bring this portable highchair back to HK?

9. How about stroller? Will restaurants allow u to push it in?

10. Anybody brought your bb to Ocean Park? Any tips?

11. Are the changing stations in public restroom OK? (In my memory, public restrooms are dirty..........

) In which malls can u find good ones?

oh.... two more things....

- Any good wireless cable connection that does not need a contract (we will be using just for example 2 weeks)? How much is that? Does public library have connection? How safe is that?

- Any good pay-as-you-dial mobile phone card?

1) 今日開始涼 , 天氣好乾下... 早晚約 20度 .. 中午會熱少少... 帶 lotion 呀...
2) sorry ~ 3個區我都唔熟 ....

3) 藥房買尿便平過超市/屈xx/萬x
4) 不如你上 Nestle hk 個網, 睇睇....
5) 我搭的士係手抱 bb , 暫時未見過係 hk的士用 carseat...
6) 牽晴間出面有個巴士站, 有車出九龍 ... 詳細唔清楚... 或者可以行幾個字去搭火車出九龍 or 轉地鐵...(其實去兩樹都幾遠o架喎)...
7) 無記錯牽晴間有間華潤超市... 樓下有酒樓、泰菜同間唔確定係咪茶餐廳....
8) 我無用呀... 所以唔清楚...
9) 通常都俾 bb入, 如果酒樓、快餐店之類無問題, 不過如果間野細, 幾麻煩下....
10) 我重未去, 不過好多媽咪已去過, 等佢地答你丫..

上年我屋企人返 hk ... 我只係係 d "3" "smartone" 之類買電話咭佢地用... 用幾多扣幾多...
不過, 要 check 定你個手提電話o岩唔o岩 hk 用啵.....

jolo答咗,~~因為用carseat的人大多自己有車,所以唔會用carseat坐的士,我多數抱住小b坐的士!

大d的mall都會有嬰兒護理間,幾好,新城市廣場第三期,海港城,時代廣場等,你去佢地的嬰兒街個層,有好多地方換片片同吃奶奶!

好多地方都唔錯,新城市廣場第三期,沙田第三期,海港城,時代廣場都設有bb街,有好多不同的東西,有貴有平,我亦聽見好多人話花園街有好多,你可以去看看,但我未去過!
