can you tell us more how similar to your helper ??
did she act like she knows nothing then end up you have to do all the thing by your own instead of her, right ??
I really think that we employer should not scare of them and afraid to scold them however we have no choice since our lunch and dinner were cooked by them even yr children's meals were cooked by them too !!!!

I hv a list which I can remember has 77 and should be more and if you want I can email to you. I think these are very common to a bad helper !!!!! after you read the below if u were me u will be very very angry as well !!!!
2. Pls “ASK” if anything you do not know how, what, & when
3. Pls discuss or talk with me if anything you are not sure
4. Ask – no harm, you got nothing to loose
5. no more “forgotten” / absent minded
6. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE CLOCK DURING WORK
7. set a time limit yourself for each task
8. Listen Carefully !!!
9. pls always keep the toilet door close when Josh is around in the dinning room (to avoid accidents)
10. pls always lock the balcony door especially when Josh is around in the dinning room (to avoid accidents)
15. always close kitchen door when cooking
16. always open windows & turn on ventilation when cooking40. pls DO NOT DAY DREAMING AND WONDERING AROUND , pay attention to Josh & Joyce how to take care Josh, their likes and dislikes, so you understand more to the family and understand how to help the family
41. PAY MORE ATTENTION to Josh & Joyce so you can know and understand what’s happening around and what you should do to help the family 43. pls kindly keep all the tin, bottle, pack CLOSE PROPERLY ESPECIALLY JOSH BABY MILK POWDER !!!! always double check !!!!!57. PLS BE REMINDED THAT ALL FOOD THAT YOU BOUGHT HOME MUST PUT INSIDE REFRIGERATOR IMMEDIATELY INSTEAD PUT ON KITCHEN FLOOR FOR THE WHOLE DAY (NOT HANDLE THEM AFTER YOUR DUSTING)
58. PLEASE PLEASE do not give Josh candies or vitamin C or oranges juice (not diluted w/ water) early in the morning which even he do not have his breakfast yet.
59. Please do not give Josh other food e.g. biscuit when it is close to lunch/dinner time and that I am going to feed Josh.
63. you should plan in advance what to cook for tomorrow and double check if you have enough food in the kitchen for cooking your planned meals ; especially the soup becoz you have to cook it in the early morning
64. PLS PLS I hv told you many many times if you are using bleach or any strong solutions PLEASE wear your glove becoz you hv to handle food for Josh and sometime you need to help me to look after Josh.74. pls do dinner cooking every night, make sure you know what time and what dishes for dinner, do not day dreaming that when time for dinner and you still not yet prepared.
75. pls do not spend all yr time (the whole day) only on dusting, we do not think that there are so many dusting in our house everyday !!!! Pls also follow up with other housework as well.

Winnie, do we need to make up our own black list for Bk mothers?
其實之前係有架，不過因為好多媽咪都直頭將外傭全名連I D post 哂出黎，咁BK會有機會付上法律責任，大家都唔想有一日，成個BK無o左家傭版架？！
至於black list ，係應該向入境處著手而唔係係BK做，有幾多外傭僱主會上來BK？識o既你同我就說醒目互相幫忙大家，唔識亦會撞倒衰工人，BK有同無black個人意見都唔重要，最重要係大家識保障自己權益同企硬唔好俾外傭屈，咁就已經唔使搞咁多野，呀門！
