I will use ego Egoderm Ointment for my daughter whenever she is itchy with skin allergy. We always use it whenever we have mosquito bite and it stops itchness quickly.
There is a less strong one from ego as well which you can ask Mannings and Watsons
But I don't suggest you use this for skin around eyes area
