其實分開2封,一封係warning letter,一封係termination of employment contract既一個月通知信會好d.
如果一個月後您真係要佢走，佢係可以追您一個月代通知金架,佢會告您無理解僱囉,因為您要點証明呢一個月佢既表現令您覺得佢唔掂呢??您有機會會比個官咁問架.
所以呢d信分開出會好d,如佢做得好既,您就剩係保留封warning,如佢真係唔好既,您都有封正式既解僱通知書係手嘛.
