好多謝妳的意見, 真係清醒咗d喇, 不過介唔介意請教妳少少嘢？

1) 大ccd d相真的靚d嗎？如果是, 不如選900ti了, 是嗎？
2) 850is的上一代800is可以嗎？因只欠廣角鏡及fd, 但就平約$500喎！(我很孤寒)

"大ccd d相真的靚d嗎？" generally speaking, yes. But how offen will you enlarge your photo to >12"? If not, then I'm not sure if the different is that signaficant.

900ti is also more heavier and expensive then 850is

If you want a cheaper Canon DC and don't need the 28mm, maybe you should consider those A-series. The latest model has IS & FD.

I did read some comments mentioned that 800 produce better photo than 850is.

Have you tried to use 850is @ 28mm? I think you would like it (28mm).

BTW, you should not use '妳' on me :mrgreen:

thank you 你 ah!! I think I will consider IXUS 800 / 850is because the A-series camera is soooo large and heavy. Thank you for your useful comment again.

我有3部dc. 其中一部係sony t-1, 一部係sanyo c-6. 我都覺得5滿意, 尤其陰天 & 室內, 我成日5信部機5靚, 我覺得係我5識用.

One more reminder (in case you are not aware of) is that these IXUS DC would easlier take picture with red-eye. Its red-eye reduction is close to useless.

Yes. IXUS40 is a dc 仔(two-year+ old model).

吓? 唔係卦, 我仲以為今時今日已經部部機都有好好嘅防紅眼添？？(可能係我見識少啫) 嘻嘻。
咦？用IXUS40 影D相都唔差喎; 我去試吓28mm的效果, 如果好, 我會選IXUS850; 但如果就唔好就會於以下3選1(IXUS800 / 750 / 60), 邊部好D呀？

Never done any reseach on those DC.

But

1) I will select the newer model
2) I also saw in some review of 850IS said that 800 also takes nice picture (same said better than 850IS)

==> I guess I'd chose IXUS800 among the three.....

IXUS40 is also owned by me now. Its handy, compact, easy to use. My child starts learning to use it. I use the camera as a way to let him develop artistic view, enforc his self-image and satisfaction, improve parent-child relationship,... and lots of good points.
