我一直都認為我既bb係應該食我既奶既,所以我冇將奶粉當過係一個選擇,亦冇理過其他人會點諗,好在老公亦都好支持.第一個bb既時候,時時都會懷疑自己係咪唔夠奶,到左而家餵第二個bb啦,完全唔再諗呢樣野啦.返工之後多數都係lunch pump一次奶,有時好谷就同老細講一聲,入房pump幾分鐘.都覺得同事會俾壓力來架,不過唔理佢啦.好快就到6個月,咁就食下糊仔,唔洗pump咁多既啦.我通常就因為響公司pump既唔夠食,所以響屋企每次餵奶都pump另一邊,咁就會夠食既啦.
出街就真係好麻煩,就算有得餵既地方都好多時會有人排隊換片,都幾大壓力呀.

I've got a nurse friend. She pumps her milk before work, then during the tea time in the toilet, then, pump again before or immediately after home when she needs to work am. Then continue normal sceuded as 3-4 hours each time.
While pm shift, pump at tea time and dinner again.
Night shift: she just doesn't pump, and pump before/immediately after home
She feeds the baby till 9 months old.

Just hope that this might help.

又或者係想保持同奶粉商既友好商業關係，他們這樣做不但違背良心，甚至違反專業守則，影響不菲。

thanks for your advice!! I am trying to do it now.
I don't pump milk during work now(even within meal time), I will pump before work(back to hospital earlier) and back home after work immediately. It has to last 8-10 hours between two times of pump. Milk amount dropped a bit but I don't care it now la.....
My baby is 7 months old now, and I will try my best to do it.

Keep it up. So long as you insist, I am sure you can continue to bf the baby.
By the way, does your hospital having any paediatrics or O&G? as there should be a lactation nurse who is promoting bf. You can talk to her about your condition. I am sure you are not the only nurse who is bf.
Well, I think you i/c or ward manager should be responsible to what she was saying. As you can actually complaint this to the one who is more senior or as one of our mama said: to HA headquarter.
