甘我肯定早上,下午同晚上都同佢玩唔止1個鐘啦, 不過佢都係眼光光.

有時下午玩成幾個鐘, 到9:00pm又陪佢玩好耐, 玩下抱下攪到凌晨3點幾!!! :-( :-( :-(

ah, may be u can try "warping your baby" with a blanket.

when my baby sleeps in the day time, we do not warp him n let him sleep in an env't w/ normal day light.

every night after the bible reading section, my husband will warp him and turn off the ceiling light n turn on a v. dim side lamp. n put him onto his rolling chair. then i will lie down on my bed (beside his rolling chair) n tell him,"it's time for bed. let's sleep." then he will slowly close his eyes n sleep.

may be u can try adjusting the lighting n also warp ur baby in the night.

and before going to bed, it's better not playing too vigorously. usually my husband plays crawling w. him (to make him lose some energy) and then i will play story reading, mother goose w. him, then my husband will read the bible w. him.... we make sure he has at least half an hour's playing in a soft mode after the exercise section.. otherwise, he will be over-excited.

bakusensei ,我可能日夜都包住佢啦, 不過這2晚, 我都開始只開小燈比佢呀. 等佢知係夜晚, 不過你都講得對, 佢地需要習慣規律的生活, 有d似訓練寵物甘.

bb而家都知洗左白白之後, 就會有奶奶飲, 同放條紗巾係佢下巴度, 好快就有奶奶飲, 放佢係塊粉紅色的換片墊度, 就有人幫佢換片片, 佢就未換都唔再喊,同識笑笑口架啦. 有時bb都真係幾得意.

yes, that's what ppl said "cause n effect". i read a book called baby mind. it said babys learn the cause n effect starting from newborn. n it suggests us to reinforce their learning by building up routine. just like what u ve done. :)
