Some mums are so generous to their maids. $500, $1,000 + Gold jewlery.
Just wonder how much they have given to their children & relatives - brothers, sisters, cousins... They should get more than the maid.
my maid just come less than 1 week, i gave her
20 x 2. I have not many relatives, she totally got only $180. I told her if her performance is good, i will give her more next CNY
My maid just came to my house for two months.
So far so good lar. It doesn't mean her performance is good, that is merely my stardard becomes lower and lower.
Cooking - OK lar but too much oil and too salty.
Cleaning - fail. ( not finish all the cleaning every day but told me that she already done.) Nothing I can do if she tell me lies.
She wants to take 4 days holiday (3 days no pay). I don't mine as her cleaning is totally fail.
She told my daughter that her former employer gave her $500 last year.
But.... actually, she didn't help me a lot for cleaning before Lunar NY....She told my daughters that it was very busy and tired for doing such cleaning. (just tidy up the drawers, cupboards in the kitchen only). How come she feel so tired?????
So I will give you 20x3 tomorrow. May be she feel so disappointed!!!!!
