tks for all your advises. Though i know this is kind of agent's responsibility but as she cheated on me purposely, she would not do anything unless making me to pay the maid the one month notice and ticket ( so that she can collect the agency fee...i guess)
I refuesed to pay the whole part of it as this is really not making any sense to me, i've been lossing too much money on hiring maid with this agent! finally, i did pay part of stated compensation plus ticket....i'm just too tired of all these issues, they are here to cheat our money, no matter what we try to say to the labour department, they are not on my side, so I've decided to close the file quickly and make the maid get out of my house... very scary and another bad experience, again, the law does not protect us, the employers..
