My M came three days ago. I started to check my temperature and record the figures per Doctor's instruction. However, it's very unstable and I cannot even trace the pattern. Below are my temp. records in the past 4 days....
One day prior to M come - 98.4C
1st day of M come - 97.6C
2nd day of M come - 97.4C
3rd day of M come - 97C
My temperature keeps dropping. Is that normal? In my case, I've relatively highter temperature on the day right before M come.
(PS. I did not move, keep the static position and measure for 5 mins with traditional thermometer the moment I opened my eyes, and the position is identical in all the 4 days)
