1.my husband have better earning power than my mother, he can easy to earn mony.
2.受益人係我媽咪, I belive that she will use that money to take care my son.
3.If 受益人係我c6, mybe he will have second merried, then the money will transfer to that woman.

Firstly, when insurance company obtains a request for change benefiary (fill in the part of changing beneficiary in "request for change form"),it will send an official approval letter to the owner.
Secondly, when you sign the form (in case of you are the new beneficiary), you can write down "unrevocabled"(或"不可轉換") and some companies' form even have that option to choose. Then you don't need to worry your benefit has been changed to other people eventhough being divorced(touch wood). It is because when changing the unrevokable beneficiary, the authorized signature must be needed!!!
