of course I will blacklist her!! I really cannot accept her cook that shxt for my dinner just becoz she is not happy working here!! She can just quit her job if she is not happy...but why do sth that hurts other people?? they are so black hearted and no sense of appreciation!!

BTY, I guess if she cannot finish her contract during her employment period, the agent fee that she paid for coming HK will be lost..right?
I think she will look for another employment in hk, coz she told me b4 that her kids are going to university and she still needs to earn money for their tuition fee and living expense...
Please be careful if all mummy here wants to hire a bun thru "Tak Shing"..(may be she will change agent later)
she is really a PK, if I were you, I will not let her stay one more month, even though no one take care of your daughter, it is very dangerous, you never know what will she give to your daughter to eat?????

but i'm very headache! I have to work and my mom and nan nan will not take care of her...so I really have no choice. I will cook the lunch for my bb b4 i go everyday, and I put them into warmer and put on dining table. My bun will only feed her in lunch where I can be able to see them. Dinner time, I'll be at home already and I'll manage the cooking myself. and I'll ask her to put my daughter only in dinning area b4 I come home so that I can be able to see what she is doing. so far, still ok...as long as I cannot use order tone to talk to that pk bun.. :-(
So all these thing I did is trying to avoid her from doing some wicked thing la... :-( :-( :-(
I also have same experience too. My Indonesian maid worked for 1&1/2 year and contract end on Nov this year.
One day , I found her telling lies to me that she did not cook the lunch & dinner to my son. Even I asked her to show me the food residue and the food she brought, she kept telling another lies in front of me that my son ate all . Then I yell her that night and asked if she want to work here or I could fire her. She recognised she told lies to me.
Next morning, she make the soya milk as usual, but I felt some strange taste and with much bubbles (may be detegent added). Then I keep it and ask her to make another cup. The 2nd cup is normal and ask her to drink both. She drank and agreed some strange taste in the 1st cup. She denied add anything in it even I said I would test it.
Then I reported to the police, but the police said they can't do anything because we have no any upset after drinking the soya milk. Just keep in file, and said if I tested anything in the soya milk, then I can sue her via civil procedure. She can argue that for careless when washing the dishes.
After the Sunday off, she worked harder than before, may be she scared I terminate her without finish the contract. But I still decided to fire her instead of spending money to test the soya milk. It's sure not worth to pay her one month to kick her out but with no choice.
I need to wait the oversea Bun to come so I still need her, just ask my mum to come during my son's lunch time, come as much as she can.
Can't imagine what they want and how lazy there are, just take care 1 kid and cook the dinner. Do they want to get pay just sitting there??
