其實呢個TEST應該係做緊有關反式脂肪的測試,早前無線新聞透視都有做過類似測試.
薯條無變係因為佢用含反式脂肪的油來炸,所以咁!
而其他飽都含有用反式脂肪的油來COOK,如果唔係都唔會放one week都唔變啦.
你試下去街市買任何fresh food,after cooking好似佢咁做個test,我想唔夠三日,都發晒mo!
所以而家有咁多國家要立法禁止用反式脂肪!
