HI ! 我都係住翠擁架!但我預產期係29/9,所以只係準媽媽!我發覺翠擁有好多小朋友&baby,我隔離2個單位都係呢1-2個月有new born baby 呀,成日都有baby cry,好熱鬧!我就要等多幾個月lu !我住blk 12架!

我今次都無 through agent 請, 唔煩呀, 因自己搞手續都好易, 但如請印印既手續可能就煩d. 不過, 如揍nb 都係唔好請印印了, 我上次就係用印印, 唉, d 印姐stupid 到無人有, 我起初仲以為佢地會乖d , 受教d, 點知我件極品, 蠢得來 stubbon, 跟本無得教. 今次都係人地 refer 比我既bun bun 來, 自己 in 過先請, 可以 test 下佢揍仔技倆. 我就prefer 已婚, 仔女已大, bun 姐就30-38歲既, 會定性d. 同一僱主做過2個contract 既會更好. 你打算找嗎 ?

我同呀 bun 去 immigration, 佢就自己去embassy 搞佢d 手續, 3個 wk 到就批的了, 唔難搞架.

因為成日聽人講bunbun會曳d, 印印乖d, 而且屋企有老人家, bunbun好似唔多願講/學廣東話, so 至諗印印唶~ 其實無乜所謂, 仲有無好介紹呀? 其實唔急嘅~因為婆婆應承揍阿b(住LamTin), 我地又同62/99住, 99之前有工番, e+無lur~不過始終都要請個人做家務

更唔想同阿b分開

我諗住會自己揍bb,因為我覺得自己揍放心d ! 我19w,上次檢查時bb個post遮住睇唔到boy/girl , 希望下次照到la , 但我老公成日都話呢個一定係仔wor,真係俾佢激死!我就無咩所謂!

唉!d工人無人睇住可以好懶散,阿仔都未夠九個月已炒左兩個,而家果個又偷我d平嘢(文具,相簿,衛生巾等),又會講大話,仲趁阿仔訓打手提(之前話無手提,放假剛買)但對阿仔好.

我又沒時間去處理請工人的事,佢d衰嘢我report俾agent,agent之前brief過佢,但仲唔識求原諒及say sorry,所以激到我1/5報左案及帶左佢去agent度警告......要講一匹布咁長,而家我都未敢俾匙佢......

You might want to hire a local part time. My local part time comes every day and is very helpful. We don't want to have a "non family member" living with us, so it is another option. I found her through 勵行會 .

I hate to live with a non-family member too.. and actually, it's not ez to find some space for a adult to sleep. so.. a local part time is a good idea =)

how long does your helper work for you everyday? how much? we used to have a part time for cleaning only and it's $50/hour. but I need someone to look after the baby sometimes during the day (so 99 can go out).. and $50/hour is quite expensive if we need 6-8 hours everyday.

空氣好, 環境清靜, 近郊區~得閒可以周圍行下
我好鍾意去附近個石灘, 行10min左右!
初初入伙無乜人同光害~夜晚靜到耳鳴, 滿天星星, 我同老公成日瞓响床度睇星! 你話正唔正喇

不過e+空氣差咗, 星星都少咗lur
交通ok啦~睇下你响邊頭返工, 有KCR, 有shuttle出MTR!
我個flat向東南,望山/帝琴灣海境~睇咗四五個flat, 一睇到呢個view就即時

My part time comes at 9:30am til around 4pm from Monday to Friday. She lives at Sai Kung (close to here), therefore she took this job. She charged HKD 50 per hour like the market price but I negotiated with her cos' I pay her monthly. I like local helper cos' she can cook Chinese food and soups. Mine one is very good at Chinese herbs too. Some times she works over time but she doesn't accept me paying her OT money (well, we just put the money into her bank account anyway cos' she deserves it), she is very dedicated to our family and loves the kids.

Guess what? my baby stroller was stolen from the shuttle bus on the way to the Uni station yesterday . We got off and it was missing already. The driver suggested that some one stole it at the Sun Shine City station. Oh...my goodness, I just bought it few days ago.

did you buy insurance for local helper? and also how about MPF (as you pay her monthly)? I am willing to hire one like yours, paying monthly. but just think the MPF is too 麻煩.

and fear.. people steal others stroller!!

sometimes, if I carry something big and expensive, I wont take the shuttle! but of coz, if you need to go to Uni station, then
