Your bb is really weight heavy.....my bb head is also similar as yours. As i learnt from the pre-natal class a normal pelvic can open up to 10 cm, in our case sometimes really depends on the position of the baby head.
My doc explained to me if the baby head settled at the right position, the bb only need to turn 45 degree (bb facing towards your spinal) n more easy to get out from the pelvic, otherwise if bb is facing outward the bb need to turn 145 degree to sequeeze through the pelvic n it is very painful and tough to the mother and likely have backache afterwards.
If u are going to have natural delivery, remember when contractions start don't always open your mouth and scream at the early stage, reserve some energy for yourself at the last stage (pushing). When i was so painful i bite a towel in my mouth and reserve the energy till the last stage.
Though i used epidural (less pain but still feel contractions) but u still need to reserve your energy in the pushing when you reach the last stage. I push 5 times, then bb came out lar.
Don't worry too much, talk and tell your bb to settle at a nice position to help mummy deliver more smoothly (this what i did, i talked to her everynite).
Give yourself confidence, wish u will have a smooth delivery.

I visited my doctor today and she said my baby is now 3.6xxkg and the head 9.6cm....finally she recommoned me to 催生 and I'll go to the hospital at 9pm tomorrow.
She also said my pelvic is not ideal for delivering such big baby, which I couldn't believe as my hip is very wide though she explained there's no relation.
I really want to deliver my baby naturally and I heard some of the cases which are similar as mine and most of the mothers could have natural delivery finally though it may because they gave birth at public hospital. Anyway, I'll try my best. My doctor has told me that it'll be very painful and tough.
