I joined around 2.5 months and only reduced 12 pounds....I still have 2 months. I am 124 pounds and goal is 107-110. I am having M1370 and apple weekly but my fat still at 36%.....so need to do more excersie. I go for funky dance 3-5 times a week. But can't control myself and eat a bit more than M1370...ate more almond nuts...hehe..
