OMG,

Did you watch the fairchild TV lately? FaLunKu commerical were shown during prime time hours (7:30pm - 9:30pm)

It reminds me friend of mine's mother who gets pay to sit outside the Chinese Embassy in Toronto last Winder pretending she is practicing Fa Lun Ku. A $6.50/hr cash deal. She resigned after they deduct her transportation fee ($5 per person for pick up and drop off)

Haha, which train do you take? I am trying to take 7:30 am right now. But I took 8 am today.

well, I fall to sleep right away on the train too... if you see a Chinese girl sleeps and open her mouth, that may be me....

i have once asked my husband about this too, he said he cannot stand a black or indian or pakistian or..., that is, any coloured type. i think it is same as me. there are a lot of black in the area which we once lived (neilson/finch), he said we must move to other areas when the girls grow older (elder 4 and younger new born at that time).

if i really had such a bad day in future, i think i will first burst into tears and then very angry. i will refuse to accept this fact.

maybe you need to brainwash your daughters when they are young. (just kidding)

actually what a tragedy for the couple who are murdered in NYC. So we really need to handle this kind of issue carefully in the future.

8:00am in the morning and 5:30pm at night. I hated 7:30am train because it arrives @ track 13. A long walk to the PATH and freezing in winter time. You know, it's not an enjoyable moment when you half-wake, leaving the train.

I doubt I will see you because I don't open my eyes while I asleep. :-P :-P

agree with poohpooh ma, sharing the same believe is very very important. and of course i would like my kids to become christian too.
if i have a choice... chinese please hehe

but then you know for canadians, when you get marry the brides pay for all the expense..... may be that's not a bad idea la !!

I would prefer Bananna (aka CBC) or at least well educated with manner. And for others, since I can't communicate with him thru english, I would use the international symbol "The middle finger"

after watching yesterdays' news - 10 yrs old girl case. i am very unhappy, how can the murderer do this to a little girl. hope to arrest him soon. on the other hand, i think this seldom happens to chinese family (victim being a chinese). this may be difference in culture, westerner may let their children wandering around in the neighbourhood. i can recall serveral similar case. for chinese family, children cannot go out alone without adults, at least for me - must hold hand in hand when going out or within my eyesight.

This kind of incident can happen in any age group. Compare with down south, we have less psycho in Canada. Needless to say, it's important to educate our kids. I think kids, particular girls, should at least taken judo or some sort of self-defence.

I think the Canadian government should have death sentence to those child killer.
