Box Hill is a very nice and convenient place. My parent-in-law's house is about 7 minutes from the Box Hill centre and station. It can be considered as one of the Chinese area.

There are also many difference restaurant around, wet market, supermarket, grocery shop etc. If you take train from Box Hill, it only need to take 25 minute to get to Melbourne City. If by car, i think is almost the same.

May be next door of our place is 老人院and opposite is a tennis court, so it is very quite too.

Shout Yarra is a very nice place too, but lesser chinese, the rental might be bit more expensive than box hill becuase it is nearer to the city.

There are many area which is nice, it really depend on what your requirements. Glean Wavely is a nice place too.

How's your husband house hunting? If he is still looking around, and it is not a necessary to stay at south yarra, i still advice you to look for other areas. The last time i rented a house there is about 6 years ago when i studied there (i stayed near caulflied and city before), so i am not able to give you many valuable and up to date advice now. The market and rule might change. Hope you can find a place soon.

I think your daughter is at the same age as my son, when is her birthday? Hayden's 2nd birthday is 20/11/06.

Your are 33 weeks pregnant now and I am almost 38 weeks...I think we can share alot of things once I arrive Mel.

Yeah! if you can rent a house in Box Hill, then i can go to your place visit you when i go back this time.

My daughter is borned on 27 May 2005, she is 6 months younger than your son. Both of them can play along when we meet!

Both of our childs are almost the same age, we can definately share a lot of things.

Oh yah! and stsoi as well, i think her baby must be borned, haven't seen her on line for few days.
