另外, canon 同nikon 都有course 俾新人上, 可以學到好多基本野

Hi,

I'm a new D80 user (Kit lens + 50mm/1.8). Most of the time, I use Sport Mode to take pictures of my boys who are going to be 5. I would like to try other modes. Please advise the modes and settings for taking outdoor picture of kids moving/running around.

Also, could any c-hing describe the function of the histogram and how to use it?

Thanks in advance.

p.s. I'm a dummy in Chinese input/typing. Need some time to improve and have to use English for the time being. Sorry about this.

taking photos of running child, Shutter Priority mode is another choice, you set the desire shutter speed and the camera will set the aperture automatically.

Another thing that you need to set is the focus mode, set it to AF-C (continuous focus).

you may also need to be aware of the ISO. I think a child at 5 can run very fast. High ISO means that the shutter can be faster.

影巡遊, 用 70-200, 光圈先決, set f2.8 (or 最大光圈)
(影parade 要注意位置, 最好不要背光)
影 "人 + 景" 我用 17-55 f2.8 , 都係光圈先決 (set f2.8 / f4.0)

一般相機只會在你半按快門時測光. 而拍完之後光圈, 快門數字就會消失. 個顯示屏到既數字可以係其他資訊, 詳見下面幾幅圖.
