一陣要小心d 先.. 好彩聽日放假jar.. 如果唔係都唔知去邊搵d 奶俾阿b 飲.. 解凍都o黎唔切..

所以我唔敢比99用奶袋, 我買了24個奶瓶, 但有一個爛了
今個星期拿少了奶瓶, 唔夠用, 要將d涷奶倒落冰奶, 希望冇事

Put the milk bag into a deep glass before poring the milk..... I did the same when I freeze the milk...

我係半人奶媽，最近囡囡重拒絕我埋身餵（連早晚兩餐都要泵），一日泵三次，每天花3粒鐘在泵奶，少左同囡囡既相處時間，囡囡最近當我透明，連早上見到我都無反應，之前我一講早晨佢就笑晒，我真係好唔開心！唔開心左成個禮拜:(
C6昨天勸我放棄,佢話本來預我餵3個月,現在都5個月啦，之前又話自己決定幾時唔餵就唔餵，現在又話想餵到無奶為止，自相矛盾。不如用泵奶時間同囡囡玩重好啦.......我立刻喊了出來，好似好委屈咁:' (C6就話我要睇下醫生了！
各位媽奶，可唔可以比D意見我,我重想囡囡食倒媽奶，又想佢采下我！

I am working mum and feed mama milk. Same as you, I pumps milk 3 times a day. I will feed my girl direct while I am at home after work and during the weekend. BoBo / my maid will feed my girl with bottle while I am away. Actually, this is my second baby and I am now the one to take care of her mainly. After I back home everyday, I will play with my baby and do the bathing for her. My maid will change the diaper something if I am busy with my first girl. Until now, my baby is very happy when she see me and know I am around. However, my first girl was not happy with me when she was young. This is because my old maid is midwife and she done a excellent job to take care of my first girl (too good). She did everything while I only pumped my milk out. I even did not feed my first girl direct at that time as I afraid she was not take enough from me (so silly). I was so upset at that time as she was not good to me. Upon the old maid leave, I started to take care of my first girl by myself, she knows mum love her and our relationship now is very good. She always say to me "Mummy - I love you....." It is so sweet.... to me

After a long story, I would like to tell you that baby is so smart. He/She knows who is the one love him/her. You should show your love by taking care of him/her, like feeding them, taking bath, playing, talking, singing, etc....

It is never too late to do something.... add oil.... If you wants to continue to feed mama milk, then go ahead.... if you want to stop, then go ahead.... There is no absolute.... Take it easy and do you best you can....

One more thing regarding the pumping. Why you take 1 hour on pumping? Are you using a hand pump? Even though I use Avent handpump, it should takes me 45 mins? FYI, I am now using Medela Mini Electric and it only takes 20-30 mins to pump at least 7 oz milk out.....

Thank you! Pilita_ho, 多謝妳既分享，可以想像得到妳大囡囡同妳講Mummy!I Love You!的時候係幾咁Sweet同令人窩心，我好期待呀！今朝同囡囡沖涼同玩時，佢好開心同笑晒，重有望住媽媽,我覺得自己好似同佢戀愛咁，佢開心我就可以樂上半天。我會努力嫁，可能哩個禮拜我扭傷條腰，勁痛，要做物理治療，加上工作壓力，個人閔閔地！

我用Avent電泵,唔夠奶，要泵成粒鐘先得5oz,我都想有妳咁多！

I used to spend an hour to pump too, then another mom told me this is not the right way. I think you should pump 1-2 more times with less time. I pump 5 times a day, max. 30 mins each time. Did you turn the suction to max. level? you can spend more time with your baby if you can shorten the pumping time.

我最耐會PUMP 20MINS, 通常PUMP夠7-9安我就停手, 因為我用OFFICE HOUR PUMP, 唔係用LUNCH TIME PUMP

在家泵1小時, 起初的20ｍｉｎｓ很快就有４ｏｚ，但繼續泵又有，咁咪繼續泵到冇要１小時以上，頭４ｏｚ都很水，後來的才是黃色，我都想知怎樣才可出奶快ｄ，我用ａｖｅｎｔ手泵，這已是第二個泵，第一個ＮＵＫ電泵現已退休，想買多一個泵但唔知會否同現在一樣慢，又唔知可以餵到幾時，明天見精神科醫生可能要食藥，都唔知還可唔可以餵奶或令奶量下降，平時一日泵５次都是得１８－２０ｏｚ，已經要補奶，冇存貨，飲極多奶湯都冇改善:-(

Hi Cammy3007,

Usually for me, only the first half oz is 很水, the remaining is very rich. If 頭４ｏｚ都很水, maybe your milk is not nutritious enough. On top of 多奶湯, drink more fish and chicken soup. Eat more rice or noodles (carbohydrates). You need to have enough nutrition yourself to provide more milk.

If I pump, it takes me about 20mins. Quantity depends whether I'm very "kuk" or not. Sometimes 5oz, sometimes 9oz... It also depends on your mood. Try to relax. Don't force yourself. We already bf our baby for 5 months!! It is already a very good result. There is no problem to 補奶.

其實我都有想過這問題, 中醫都有提過, 初初只想每日有2-3餐人奶就ok, 但99一見有貨就全日比囡囡飲, sometime is full mommy milk, so must always pumping otherwise no milk for BB. But the main problem is Ching Ching only feed directly, otherwise she refuse to eat any bottle milk when she know I am in home. I've no choose to stop. I feel really tired very day to pump milk. Sat & Sun only I take care of her.

哩個星期沒有囡囡的埋身幫助，奶量果然下滑，我諗我就快要收工啦！真懷念囡囡在懷內吸吸吸的日子呀！
