62cm at 2nd month is really VERY VERY tall.... how many percentile is your BB?

Hahaha... she drinks little but still grows VERY fast ?-( ?-(

She drinks 4.5 to 5 oz every 4 hours. Sometimes, she skips the mid-night meal, so, she only has 5 meals per day. Don't know why she gains weight so fast...

She is now........................................................................................15.6 pounds (7kg).....

All,

I was very tired the past week... I just resumed duty on Monday (10/4) and on Monday morning, I received a call to ask me to go to ZhongShan for meeting in 2 hours. I didn't bring with me the milk pump and hurried to the ferry terminal to catch the earliest ferry.... then, I realized I made a mistake of not bringing the pump. I started to "gook" milk from noon time and I needed to bear the pain until 11pm when I arrived home.

Same thing happened for Tuesday, I was asked to go to Macau for meeting... and it was a whole day meeting :cry: :cry: :cry: again, no time for pumping milk...

This really affects my already-limited milk supply... don't know how long I can insist for the breast milk as my job really does not allow me to do this

should I stop feeding breast milk? I don't want to give up at this moment as I have been going through hard time for the first 2 months for BF... :-( :-(

我尋晚終於返番自己屋企長住﹝因為生完之後去咗阿媽度住﹞，因為聽日開始返番工la。

我個仔而家每隔3-4個鐘會食5oz奶，有時食食下眼訓就唔肯再食，有時又會唔夠飽係度喊要再開多一安士比佢。早幾日我去產後檢查，醫生問我個仔而家食奶個情況，佢同我講其實而家每隔4個鐘食5安就啱，就算佢食得都唔好比佢食咁多，所以我都好矛盾，但係因為我阿媽同我老公都唔想"制"佢，所以我而家都係按佢自己意願而比佢食﹐希望唔好滯親la。

因為bb跟婆婆住，我唔會每日見到佢，開頭都以為自己唔會太掛住個仔，但係尋晚同老公番屋企，知道自己唔會成日見到個仔，我喊咗出黎呀，我好掛住佢呀。今朝一早就打電話問阿媽個仔點，阿媽話叫我唔駛掛住喎，但係真係好掛住佢呀，或者因為之前兩個月日日見到佢啦，希望過兩日習慣咗會好d啦!!

我bb下星期六去打5合一針呀，好似係叫"格蘭素"個隻，唔知係有乜細胞個隻呢??點分呀??仲有就係唔知有乜要注意呢??

Don't watch TV for too long for a day. Research said we should let BB watches TV only after 6 months... as watching TV is not good to eyes and its development of noticing the environment (since he/she will only concentrate to watch the screen). After 6 months, start 1/2 hr a day.

iy's a 2nd hand set and costs me 200 :lol:

these dvds are used for supplementary edu tools for him as I'll start to work in mid-Nov...and afterwards, my parents will come and take care of him during daytime and so they can play the dvds for him to watch sometimes...( haha... 2-3 months later when they move in to the tower next to me... I'll bring my bb to their home during daytime and so just leave the bunbun at home laaaa...

ps... abt BF, my friends in church tell me that many of them will stop BF after work coz no time/limited space...that's okay la... as long as your bb is healthy... then no worry abt this ...for me, I'll post to another division afterwork... wish the workload be okay la... since I want to se bb ASAP :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

想問下你地個bb 每日訓around 幾多個鐘?
my bb seems change the sleeping pattern and sleeps very few, but he always looks very sleepy!

My bb always 打"喊露" but still doesn't sleep. He sleeps around 12 hours/day from 18 hours 2 weeks ago.

My mother helped to look after during day-time/weekdays with the help of the YanYan.

My YanYan was my sister's previous YanYan. She is very good, very kind to baby and excellent cooking skills (even better than my mother). She has good track records for baby sitting, e.g. about 7 years ago, she was hired to a twins-baby family and took care of the twins. Then, the second employment was also a family with baby. Then, the third employment was by my sister to look after my elder niece. After that, she gave birth to her own child and returned to home country.

I don't know lots of hands-on baby caring techniques and it is her to teach me back. She volunteered to look after the baby day and night, e.g. I gave her a room to sleep by herself, but she insists of sleeping on the floor in the baby room to take care of the baby. I know I am lucky, and this is why I treat her like family member.

At least 18 hours... usually 20+ hours
