因為未上過kapil 堂, 又未上過oorja, 咪想試下囉.

compared to prof's hatha yoga, 呢隻hatha oorja 辛苦d 呀. 我覺得d 動作hold 得耐d, 因為kapil 講野令到佢倒數得好慢. 之前已經做完一輪無影櫈, 跟著又要做warrior, 仲要warrior 左好耐, 真係做到我 cc 下. 佢都係做幾sets sun salutation, 但變少少中間d 動作... 然後有d stretching, 幾住又有 locust/bow.

呢堂抵呀, 佢over run 左 15 min.

kapil 上堂前都講, 話呢堂比 hatha poorna 難, 但又比hatha power 易. 咁我真係唔駛試hatha power 啦!

outdoor玩左1個鐘左右, 我唔識分咩類型, 唔係容易既動作, 重點係master親自led, 佢好tough, 感染到其他老師都tough左...

上完ｈｏｔ都幾累架．．．

我會ｓａｔ去．．

ｒｅ：　ｓｋｉｎ

我ｄ皮膚一直都ｏｋ，後生ｄ果時又係用好多護膚品，什麼精華，美白．．．前幾年一次皮膚敏感，成面都係粒粒，攪左幾個月都唔得，後來咩都唔搽，反而慢慢好番．．．之後我就搽少左好多野係面度．．．生完ｂｂ都冇咩打理自己，又唔捨得買貴護膚品，都係用平平地果ｄ，到宜家ｄ皮膚都唔覺差左

my friend told me kapil's meditation is very good, he will explain very clear if you are first time to join, go to standby for yoga therapy la...
