Having read a few titles of Pan-asia's 'happy reader's pictorial series' 小樂樂叢書 is a good set of 兩文三語 teaching materials though illustrations not excellent. I wish CW could provide order services of this set.

also, you need to make an advance booking woh. if you have not, must ask your sis to book for you first ga. as you know, usually quite over-subscribed in summer. Hope this helps.

Buddies,

just discovered new 'clicking' function in bk:

1. double click a topic, won't lead you to the topic BUT to the next page
2. if you wish to click into a topic, just click once on the topic link.



I used to double clicked ga mah. Now I am bit not used to the new function.

no as far as I know if focus is so specific ah. Better take your kid to take IPA course for 1st hand learning. vcd can't correct errors if any right away. how old is your kid?

Though I'm a NT people, I also go to cw frequently. There's always no stock in Idxx (maybe they offer 20% off to all items, and cw doesn't).

I would slow down on my hunting from now on and wait for you guys to resell the books to me haha

There is a set of books and a cd rom from Sambridge University Press have some phonics focusing (not limited to) on bl, br, fl and fr.

The talking stories cd-rom is HK$315 while the set of books (9 books) is $396. I bought them at ETC (letterland showroom at taikooshing)

Besides, I think Letterland, Jolly phonics and (maybe phonics kingdom) do have these blends.

Parents workshop - 3 lessons (1.5 hrs) only. Not as fruitful as the IPA course but for me (if I choose again), I'll still pay for it lor

Agree with HMM.

The IPA parent course is not as useful as I expected...... but course fee just $380---> still worth to have a go gei.... cos I miss DK so much gar...
