試下食川貝對氣管同化痰都有幫助,唔駛俾好多川貝半茶匙磨碎加蘋果同燉,燉好再加蜜糖連蘋果食,妳會見到o的便便好似o的滑潺潺咁,其實可能佢裡便有濕毒,同埋有痰未清所以咪咁肉酸.如果bb唔食蘋果就淨飲水都得.

我就好簡單將一個蘋果切開頂部去心,再將個蘋果放落個碗到,加少少川貝同水等佢可以溶,個頂可以當帽子咁複番落蘋果處,蘋果外面即係個碗就加半碗水,放入微波爐用中火20分鐘搞掂,我試過用明火燉三小時,都冇用微波爐出o黎個效果咁好,燉好左先加蜜糖約一至兩茶匙,記住蜜糖係唔可以煮,如果唔係會將佢本身細菌放生,令到人食o左唔舒服,點解有o的人話唔好俾細路食蜜糖就係煮不得其法,所以咪食極都唔舒服.

記住要放多一杯水在微波爐內,如果唔係會將蘋果水抽乾,冇蜜糖水飲架,同埋一定要灘暖先飲用因微波爐是中心熱外要凍.

用微波爐真係得架!!不過就要放多o的水,同埋將藥材剪細粒o的,時間就要由中火煮約三十分鐘後改細火再煮三十分鐘,約一小時.

2)
雪梨瘦肉湯(喘咳之方) -- 主治：治實熱性哮喘、咳頻而痰稠、肺燥久咳、肺熱咳血痰、日間多咳、喘咳時胸肺隱痛。
材料：食物－雪梨兩個、瘦肉四兩、冰糖三錢或蜜糖一匙。藥物－麻黃一錢半、南北杏三錢、蜜棗兩枚。
做法：用鴨嘴梨、黃梨、啤梨均可。正雪梨鴨嘴梨較潤，不用去皮，只去心核，切四塊；加藥和瘦肉，水三碗，煲三小時後，加入冰糖或蜜糖，再煲五分鐘，即可飲用。
說明：雪梨清熱降火，實熱喘咳者如非多日，飲用多幾次此湯，能不藥而癒。

題外話, 講樣嘢比大家知oY, 話說上星期六我帶同bb去旺角睇醫生, 由於旺角交通煩忙, 所以我老公只將車泊晌路邊(無表位), 但我就自己帶bb自行去醫生度, 老公亦落左車買雜誌睇, 與車有數步之距, 由於路面狹窄, 突然有一輛貨車飛快咁”片嚟片去”, 當駛近我地部車時, 架貨車後門彈開 (個跟車無lock好), 剛好拍落我地部車的後座玻璃, 即時玻璃四濺, 成塊爛晒, d碎片彈到前座都有添呀, 幸好我地3人當時都唔晌車內咋, 唔係我諗我而家同bb個頭都可能要削髮喇而家仲可能晌….醫院度添架, 真係唔知算唔算好彩呢?!

第1 & 2張相係事後影低架, 不得不讚而家d手機有cam, 真係好方便大家!

第3張係巳換上新玻璃但未除膠紙!

就係好彩我老公晌度目擊到整個過程, 所以先可以叫個司機倍$咋, 如果唔係, 我諗佢一定走人當無事發生啫, 我老公話果個司機好後生, 仲格衰衰咁, 但佢唔想我老公告佢, 所以先應承倍$, 因為佢只扣淨5分, 驚扣埋之後就唔可以再揸車搵食呀! :-x

i also noticed that Trevor's eczema is worse when i put some sun lotion on him, even i used the kids formula sun lotion.luckily, England has not many very sunny days,my sister-in-law said (her doctor said) people has eczema should not have sun bath,and if need to go out under the sun, should wear thin, long sleeves shirt to avoid direct contact with the sun.
if you take BChing to see a GP, you may ask her to prescrib something for her to bath,then you don't have to pay for it.

thank you for telling us about the legoland tickets from last minute.com. next time, i'll buy tickets from internet.

B Ching is very jealous of the computer…the moment I go near, she will start whinging :evil:

B Ching’s lips and face will get rashes when she eats too much raw tomatoes, I don’t know why, probably mildly allergy to it.

Just a word of caution with taking nurofen which contains ibuprofen – I have read that ibuprofen has been associated with asthma i.e. taking it could increase the risk of getting asthma. I used to take nurofen for my M pain as I found it more effective than paracetamol (panadol) but have stopped because there’s a history of asthma in my family.

My skin is also very sensitive and prone to eczema. I also notice that some sunblock and going under the sun makes my skin worse. But I thought the sunblock I put on B Ching is already mild enough for babies so should be alright……:-(

The Proderm line of product could be used on both adults and children. They are all in mousse form, so very easy to apply. They have a sunblock for kids too but I did’t buy this for B Ching because it is much more expensive than the Boots ones. Around £7/£8 per bottle. Think I have to buy this sunblock for B Ching now. :-|

, 架貨車司機 is crazy! Did you report to the police? I think you should teach him a lesson and report him to the police. He must be a very bad driver as he only have 5 points left.

Before I came here, my car was once hit by a taxi from behind and the taxi driver pretended to be very sorry at that moment and promised to compensate us. But when I called my insurance agent the next day, I found out that the taxi driver told his insurance agent that I reversed back into him and I should pay him!!!

Of course we denied that and my dad threatened to sue him and the whole thing dragged on for a long while before it is finally settled. These people are very cunning!
