base on 12/30- 12:39( hehe, because it may have any change next year.. as woman has changes everyday..)
because :
1) small class small size -- only 1: 10-12 , teacher
is more focus on Moses.
family warm feeling.. all know the name of kid.
2) International class - I think bilingual is more
important, language is very important for a child
to develop at earlier stage. If he can speak more,
he can have better ability to express, and can
face with foreigners without fears.
it has one native and one local stationed in the
class for 3 years.
2) I prefer 兒童為本, project approach. I asked
myself again, i would not prefer traditional
teaching approach, as it is not interactive.
also, i would prefer creativity, as i realize that
KM has many chances to let the kids in this area.
3) I believe 劍鳴的創辦人校監 has his own will to build up this school, as the nbrs of the students have been growing up, quoted from the comment from
a education professional "雖說是退休了的喇沙和瑪利諾高層夫婦，但想必會給予家長在選校時一點提示吧，曾否參加劍鳴為學生家長辦的答問大會，校監和來賓的解說和答案一定比較董特首來得清楚精楚，再有疑問，約見校長校監亦比大規模幼稚園來得易。 "

also, i believe their background is very strong, besides the couple of Mr Chan, they also have committee outside for seeking the advice for the school.
4) the curriculum is not easy, -- very even in English/Chinese /Maths. They teach maths in both Chinese and English.. so kids can easily catch up in
English primary school or local primary school.
5) for international class, there is one Mandarian Speaker with one Native English speaker as Class teachers, Kids can learn more Mandarian( save the cost to learn Mandarian outside).. ( i know both SC+ Kv is not strong in Mandarian)
6) a lot of parent-involvments and activities --
kids can feel mother or parent work together, have a very happy school life.
7) more chances for kids to build up confidence-- a lot of 表演, like Dancing, choir; which is difficult for a kid to preform himself in front of a lot of people. it can help the interview for primary schools.
8) as small nbrs of children in the schools, school is willing to hear the comments from parents and do improvement.
9) this year, a lot of students can enter good primary schools, like SFA, DBS(DSS), KTS... ( which i talked with those moms .. ( but there are over 600 graduated students from KV, only few % can enter , instead, KM has higher %)..
though KM is new, if already a lot of famous private primary schools or DSS primary schools accepted the kids from KM this year, means KM already entered the market.. )
lastly, base on my comments from KM parents, all are satisfied with this school..
