my Joshua drinks S26 and not everyday have 'ng ng'... but as long as I and por por find his 'ng ng''s colour is okay... fine loh!

Maybe he drinks mama milk during daytime, so I and por por also don't give him extra water...

All Mom,

Last night, I talked with bun bun about the matter of visa. The dialogue was as follows:

Me: Mary, Sir has already asked his friends who have experienced to hire maid. They all said that each new contract has already included two-year visa. So you are no need to take the passport from agency.

Mary: I know this but I am just worry because I am not sure my visa is one year or two year. Some of my sisters in the church are only given one-year visa. So I try to make sure. If only one-year visa, I must go back Phillipine to apply again before June (She has come in June last year). But I have no money to go back so I asked you to tell lie . I am worry the agency asked me for the fee. If they only give the passport after I finish all payment, how can I go back to continue the visa?

Me: We treat you as our family member. We suggest you to finish the payment as soon as possible. First, you have to obey the spirit of contract. Second, you may be on the blacklist. It will make you difficult to apply the other maid job. Third, if the agency asked for our help and deduct directly from your salary, you will lose the flexibility to arrange the money.

Mary: I will pay all agency fee. But I just worry I have no money to go home if the visa is only one-year granted. Some maids are really given one-year visa.

Me: If you still worry, I can ask the agent.

Mary: It's OK. Maybe you can ask tomorrow.

其實小魚唔係食藥期間已經係咁，成兩個幾月架喇，不過近期個pattern係兩日有一次，醫生就話佢飲得水少喎，但係聽Giggsmom講，又唔似係關飲水事，所以我都唔知轉唔轉好，好煩惱呀.....

哈哈....小魚真係受歡迎喇，又同samuel, 金毛b一組，又同alicia, cko個仔一組，咁佢組組都參加，咁咪.....嘻嘻.....一定有獎攞呀.....(其實真係有冇限制參加幾多組架??)

here're the info I find from the Imm doc (coz I do all the application/term by myself...)... for your info...

1. 2 year contract is a must, no 1 year contract.
2. even she said is 'correct' (assume), she still have 14 days to stay in HK (visitor visa) --> so that she can find job here during this period... my ex-bun is like this.)

3. how can I go back to continue the visa?
it's a stupid question for her.... as she said she has friends in CHURCH, she MUST know to apply visa is in HK immd and not from Philiphinnes... once HK Immd gives her VISA whenever there's a proof of employer (new or existing to persue another contract), she can have it within few weeks...

Once she has been in HK (every maid must know!), she MUST try her very best to get the working VISA in HK (never in philiphinnes to apply coz she needs to pay extra substantial agency fee there!!!)

4. no money to go back??

EVERY MAID MUST KNOW, it's her employer responsiblity to pay the transportion fee + airflight ticket for her to back to philiphinnes... so not a problem for her ... her concern is no money to earn!!!

I suggest (only suggest) you don't let her know all this info and wait for her response to see what tricks she is now playing!!!

COZ I guess (I hope I am wrong!!!) her sisters in church (they have many many expertise in labour law or so... like my ex-bun also like this) will TEACH her how to tell lies or play tricks to her employer!!!

我覺得你個工人相當可疑，我覺得佢係唔想比agent fee，但係想要番本possport，所以要你講大話，咁佢覺得冇野係人地手，唔比都得。但係我都有少少覺得佢想騙你錢(希望唔係)，因為佢話如果比agent fee就冇錢番屋企，咁咪即係就算攞番本passport都要同你借住先啦，唔知一去有冇回頭。因為我都聽過話有d工人其實一搵到份好工，就會同舊顧主say goodbye，even未完約，唔知佢會唔會係呢??

我覺得不如你真係同佢問下agent，佢本passport上面個visa到幾時，如果個agent話係兩年既，你返去同個工人講叫佢唔駛擔心，然後先再睇下佢既後著。如果係一年既﹝不過應該唔會﹞，你就同agent講下話如果佢未比晒agent fee咁點樣，最好你就同個agent夾下話係你個工人份糧度扣比佢﹝當然你要同agent講話為咗你好做d，你話你會同個工人講係agent要求啦，我諗佢地有錢收，一定冇問題﹞。

講真，我唔係話叫你唔好信你個工人，但係賓賓真係識得特別多古"或"野﹝我個agent都係咁講﹞，所以係呢個情況下"防人之心不可無"。

我講我之前個賓賓個case比你知，之前佢係我家姐朋友個工人，後來我家姐個朋友無野做唔可以再用佢，咁啱我地要請工人，所以佢朋友就叫佢嚟我地到做，咁又係跟我阿媽，點知有一次我阿媽比咗每人兩封"利是"(50蚊一封)我兩個姨生女，咁因為細o個個得兩歲，咁我家姐攞咗放係床面，點知其中一封唔見咗，就已為跌咗，但係另外一封得30蚊(一張10蚊，一張20蚊﹞，咁我家姐覺得其怪，點會封利是封得咁怪，問番我阿媽，我阿媽話係50蚊，先懷疑係佢做既手腳。後來，我阿媽又發現佢偷瑤柱，同埋我阿媽話成日個銀包唔見錢。咁我阿姐同佢朋友講番，佢朋友就特登"炒"下屋企d野，就發現唔見咗條鑽石鍊，一部相機，仲有一斤乾鮑﹝平日放係雪櫃既﹞，仲有最好笑就係佢偷食晒我家姐朋友d燕窩減肥丸(兩樽﹞，一樽食晒，一樽仲有10零粒，但係放番個樽係度。咁因為佢個喼仲放係我家姐朋友屋企，咁佢咪打開嚟睇下囉，哈哈...."驚"典呀，新底褲，新lip stick都偷，真係平平貴貴都唔放過......所以你話係咪要小心d吖....

好彩有你地ge 意見，如果唔係都唔知咁多野。
不過我都估係教會d人教佢，因為佢尋晚對話時都有d"甩甩咳咳", 但我覺得點解佢d 姊妹咁蠢，用d理由咁易俾人反駁？

不過好邪，我今朝不停打比agent，到依家都未有人聽電話，又無電話錄音。如果間野執左點算？

你個工人係到講大話啦, 我係你"媽"佢 tim, 可能自從上個工人既關係, 我唔會對佢地好 lor, 呢個工人唔掂, 我實"媽"佢, 等佢知你唔好蝦, 仲係到講大話, 唔想"lo" 定... :evil:

你直頭話佢係到講大話啦, 唔好等佢以為太太咁蠢先得架, 我覺得佢想拿番本 passport 走佬, 唔想還 agent fee, 可能佢已經找到新僱主, 唔還$$ 走佬
