All, I have just contacted Gifted Child Educational Group 資優兒童教育機構, they said in order to get their sponsorship for the birthday-party, they need to know whether we have any Gifted Child registered members in our group of mums, and whether this group of members have made any purchase at Gifted Child before. Please let me know if (i) you are a Gifted Child member, and (ii) whether you have made purchase before and the amount made.

照佢依家ge表現又唔似想走佬，不過佢要走佬ge 理由我都好明白，因為湊住兩個真係幾辛苦，就算係我自己仔女，我都覺得好辛苦，每日根本無時停，兩個bb又唔會一齊訓覺，所以成日無休息，夜晚佢平均要起四次伸餵奶，如果佢要搵個第二個僱主，我都無話可說，所以我點解咁嬲我老爺奶奶，佢地幫d唔幫d，又威脅唔俾我阿媽湊。 :evil:

actually your bun may not want to go coz she has passed the most difficult days... (first 3 months)... coz you have twins, I agree that her workload is more than double of a normal maid... but still she is able to accept ...

I think you can consider this:

1. Pretend nth happen first. (esp in front of her... coz your twins are carried by her.)
2. Start to look carefully anything different in her... (like her personality, will she become more lazy than before, any black face, unhappy, always talking to someone over the phone...)
3. start to look for another maid (at least you need a spare source first!)

But in my opinion, she knows she needs to take care bb + household works... so, can't say very 'sun fu'... if she is clever enough, she may notice that mom will pay her better and she finds it worth to work in your family... coz most of us knows its not easy to do all the household works + take care of two babies together... + an elderly...

But unluckily that she listens to her bad friends in CHURCH and so will do this silly stupid thing which will harm the relationship btn her and you.

Note: If she really finds another new Employer and want to go... to note that you DON'T need to pay her extra money/ ticket... and instead she needs to pay you 1 month notice or salary to term the contract.

P.S> I guess the chance of she wants to borrow $$ is more than go away!!!
