, B Ching dived down head first from the arm of our sofa to the floor! :-( :-( I was very scared as she could have broken her neck because she sort of did a somersault from the sofa with her head hitting the floor first before falling flat on the floor……it all happened so quickly and yet the image of her falling down keep replaying in slow motion in my head even now.:-( She is getting more naughty, I have told her a zillion times not to stand on the sofa but she is really wild when she is playing with her dad. Thankfully, she seems alright after crying for a while and this morning seems fine. , so I try to cook as much as possible when I have time. We had winter melon soup over the weekend. When I was pregnant, I drink a lot of fish soup, cook with sea bass and Chinese melon. 
Good luck for your impending delivery, I am sure it will be alright. I didn’t have any 無痛 for B Ching’s delivery, only 聞氣 in the beginning, but it’s not very effective in terms of pain relief, only made me a bit dizzy. As for 嘔, I threw up before even I started聞氣, but I tend to嘔 when I am having my M too, so maybe that’s why. I just threw up everything my mum gave me for breakfast that morning when I reached the hospital and stopped after that because my stomach is already empty.
He is my first love but I am not his….. 
actually, you are not too bad la, because i think Hong Kong's doctors are much better than the doctors here.Doctors here rarely give medicine to people has cough and cold, especially those under two's. hope you and little Lucas get well soon!!
