唔知喇，不過真係未聽過可以唔係同一個人黎都得.....anyway，聽日一早打比地產問清楚喇！再有懷疑，叫佢比份所謂Sha Tin Land Register既證明比你....當年世紀21幫我做租盤時，個agent有份咁既野比我睇，證明同我簽約果個係業主黎架！

Mandy個工人真係幾得架....有時聽Mandy講，都服左佢可以忍到個...

有次Mandy叫佢帶細佬過黎我屋企玩...黎到細佬因為未warm up，所以唔肯玩...點知亞姐姐就咁話要同細佬走喇...講緊黎左唔夠15分鐘咋....梗係喇，帶細佬走返屋企，可以吽下又得，做其他野又得，好過響我屋企，夾硬要坐定定，睇住d細路玩嘛....

係呀，想Ellis早d返學，無響屋企咁悶嘛！
我已經'縲'Faria比個am位Ellis架喇...不過都係無位...所以唯有返威寶喇...係就係比Boxhill遠...不過勝在有好大既outside playground，我老公都幾鍾意，希望亞仔返得開心喇...自己揸車就唔使5分鐘，可以響學校門口落車，不過唔泊得耐咁囉。

我個ex-maid都差唔多喇....嘩，佢走左一個月之嘛，我既水電煤全部平返哂一截呀！
在任2年期間，可以連電烚奶煲都用壞2個....有時話佢唔錫住d野黎用，佢就話返我都有份用嘛...原來做全職媽媽都會有位比佢入到....吹脹！！
間屋有燈燒左又唔會出聲...佢自己間房盞燈燒左，佢又識自己拆個燈膽出黎，攞去配返一個....
最離譜係臨走前2星期左右，屋企某fuse跳左，佢試過啪返上去但failed之後，居然係無打比我話我知...果個fuse係管埋雪櫃架...成個雪櫃都係野，佢都可以咁...話佢就唔出聲....
煮餸又唔試味...如果你真係咁掂，我都算呀，最慘係成日都太咸...有次炒大荳芽，我老公要叫佢拎返碟野入去，用滾水拖過先攞返出黎，先食得入口咋....
以前個仔要食糊仔同粥仔既時候，條友就日日新款兼且新鮮，而且仲餐餐整唔同口味比我個仔食...點知開始轉食飯時就淨係開bb樽裝食品加白飯比我個仔食....我一路都唔知...突然有一晚我諗起呢排好少聽到碎肉機既聲音 (以前日日都有)...第日一早起身問佢，佢先話無再比新鮮野 or real 肉/菜我個仔食...嘩，我知道後真係幾晚都訓唔著呀，大家都知我幾緊張個仔既體重同飲食架喇，真係唔知佢攪咩...問佢點解，佢居然答話唔知點整/整咩....
不過我最後最後都好黎好去咁，用個仔太依賴做藉口而唔同佢renew...費時煩喇，而且佢keep左好多我個仔既相架！！

我知可以請 part time
But 我唔係咁易請到...請到都唔會同我做咁長
唔太穩定既工人我又怕要識應一個, 又驚佢唔老實
最驚佢蝦 2個細既唔識講番比我聽

我知錢係可以解決一D 問題
但未必係一個 Perfect solution for the case

我唔係忍佢
我係想緊點同佢講會好一D
我有 2個細既係佢手上面操控
所以, 暫時忍住佢先. 佢做野唔太好 BUT 都合格
工人係無十全十美既
起碼呢個無用壞我 D 野...大部份都唔洗點教
煮飯煲湯 SO FAR 都幾 OK

唉....:-( :-( :-( :-( 呢 D 可以話係慾哭無淚

不過老實講，Mandy要再請工人真係有難度....一來佢係全職mom，二來有3個細路，其中一個仲係new born tim....好多工人一聽見就怕....

Haha...I have same problem ar and that's why i still haven't bought a similar one to Ellis...I've seen some even have brand name such as Benz & BMW....

I've bought a bicycle at late afternoon today at a bicycle shop. The price is much cheaper than toy'rus and citistore

toy'rus $459

bicycle shop $380

When I told Kenneth he has to give his tricycle to a baby boy, he showed me an upset face and played the tricycle at once :tongue:

Kenneth "show-off" his new bicycle instead of to ride it.

Please tell Judith to collect the tricycle on next Sat/Sun after lunch. I guess Kenneth will cry and his daddy can comfort him by food.:mrgreen:
