cos that was my 1st time to join... to me.. I also had same feeling with you, I must sleep during the class.. but amazing... I didn't! I just sat & straight the back for 1 hour, closed eyes to listen the 'spell' from the Master.
The purpose of meditation to cleansing your mind, cleansing your body (organ). Yoga can keep your look young, but meditation can keep your inner young too! seems unbelievable... me too! so from now on.. will attend regularly.
Full Moon.... Master said that's a special day... much energize & powerful!
