kunbe: try to pump more. last week I also have a milk drop because I have been direct feed baby. My boy is a lazy bone and doesn't like to suck till the end. I found it more efficient to pump first and then let BB direct feed when he is hungry, then in that case he will be able to empty my breasts. Otherwise, if my breasts are full, he will just suck enough and sleep. also when you pump, don't stop when no milk comes out. try continue to pump for another 5 mins, and then you will find some more milk to come, this is the reserve milk from our breasts, if we can empty these milk, our brain will learn to produce more, or at l can maintain about the same amount of milk by using this method.
Yes ah, I am still at work now: 20:00, very horrible. I tried to pump twice at office (or while on site), and then pump again at home, if I direct feed, seems milk supply drops. I don't believe it at first but I tried several times, it is actually the case. May be my boy doesn't like to suck till empty.
