I have given my son to try 1 meal 糊仔 daily since 2 weeks ago. I will use 2 spoons Nestle 米糊 + 3 spoons milk. And I will only give him at most 3 full spoon 糊仔.
I am using Nuk spoon ga (3 yellow+3 blue spoons/pack), it's around 1/2 teaspoons size la.
