早(0700):家樂氐什錦果麥50g+skimmed milk一盒+旦白兩隻+black coffee
午(1500):扎肉(5少塊)金菇+菜烏冬一碗,hot o tea
下(1800):忍唔到口食咗7-8塊檸檬夾心餅
晚(2200):約咗fd clubbing,飲咗1杯red wine+2杯有vodka嘅cocktail+greek salad+1少件雞肉+少少cheese
16/8 (DAY 6) 129lbs

下(1715):一份燒雞肉三文治
(1800-1930):funky dance
晚(2200):麥bread一塊+一個灼椰菜+百福黑豆漿(低糖)一盒
*成個椰菜食哂會唔會多得滯
