a meditation teacher taught me how to control our emotion by our breath, when you are happy / peace, count your breath, (mine is slow) when you are unhappy / sad, count your breath, (mine is fast) then use the speed of breath while you are happy during you are unhappy, see what it happen, i experienced twice last week, my emotion changed within 3 minutes....![]()
