飲過一次多奶菜 - no use, 可能要飲多幾包都唔定.但我發覺反而好似少了奶

我已經隔日飲木瓜魚湯/蕃茄薯仔魚湯, 但奶量仍gradually下降

大女都有飲奶粉,但唔多liki,要+美祿先ok.細仔自出娘胎只係飲過3數支奶粉,仲要係初生未到兩星期,而家唔知飲唔飲.

worse come to worse,我會stop泵奶,then全部埋身餵.不過就要返10am放7pm囉.其實我數過,咁樣每次相隔餵奶既時間(11-13個鐘)仲短過等儲奶泵奶既18-22個鐘.但"母乳餵哺"果邊d媽咪話驚我唔keep住泵奶,d奶量會勁跌喎.但keep住有埋身餵唔係已經可以keep住stimulation咩?!

dear all,

尋晚我去o左做 hatha 1, instructor 係 Jenna, 我想講講佢上堂表現, 大家自行決定以後上唔上佢堂

first of all, 或者佢比較 focus o係 meditation, 所以 close yr eyes and think of .... and focus 用了很多時間,這沒問題,反正 yoga 的精粹確是在於 meditation,只是我未到這境界

Jenna 又播音樂又點蠟燭,個 atmosphere 唔錯,但我一打開眼,oh god,佢一路 instruct 竟然一路 chew gum ,一來我覺得好唔尊重上堂o既學生,二來我對佢o既 profession 有好大疑問 !!

到開始做喇,佢 d 動作連住都轉得好急,好多唔夠 2 個呼吸就轉,雖然跟到,但搞到我個人好 tense ,有時其他人 d 動作做錯o左,或者"座"得唔夠低,佢就會用 d 唔係幾客氣o既語氣講 "dun just do yr post, listen to me, ok ?" "legs together / feet together",加上佢食住 gum,我覺得佢好唔 nice

尋晚堂 hatha 比我第一次上仲辛苦,而且個人一 d 都無鬆到,快 d 去做過先 ~

thx for sharing with us this method, actually i dun hv much knowledge about meditation, but i have done sth similar as what u mention above, what i do is

when sth unbearable happens and need instant feedback, i keep silence for seconds and take a deep breath

after a bad day in bad mood, i use a specific sleeping position (hug myself tight) and concentrate on my breath, tell myself to sleep and everything will be fine tmr

is it a kind of meditation as well ? but i think it's only a self-control to emotion

haha, i think i can give some ideas about the 2 questions as well

function of starch --- starch is a kind of polysaccharide (多糖), after digestion process will become glucose (單糖), the function of glucose is to provide energy after oxidation
so, eat too much starch = eat too much sugar

excess starch turns to fat ? --- surely yes

actually many food will become glucose after digestion, so need to choose food well and for everything

glad to see yr happy post yesterday, i envy yr long eyelash too :evil: , my eyelash is very 密 but short, so strange

my eyes are sensitive and not too wet as well, do u wear contact lens ? i think 淚然/Alcon disposable eye-drops is very good for sensitive eyes

做 hot 係應該好 refresh o架,如果你真係頭痛就唔好做咁多,如果你都係想做 hot for 出汗的話,不如做住 hot hour 等身體慢慢適應先,同埋記得做前做後要飲勁! 多 ! 水!

叫你做 power o個個係咪你個 sales o黎o架 ? 因為我問過話 power d 動作快 d 難 d,初初做住 hatha / hot 先會好 d 喎

我o係 poly 讀 language (bibi, are u my big sister?),所以打算有時可以遲 d 上堂 / 早 d 走去做 yoga,哈,幾曳,不過都係到時先算啦

我同你一樣做完 yoga 又係沖完涼極速閃人,頭都唔吹o架我 ,又唔 make up,搽番 cream 同梳頭就閃,因為好肚餓

尋晚做 hatha,所以學 jandt 教法, 4pm o係公司食下午茶,做完不停飲水,就唔係太肚餓喇 ,不過食飯時間都要食o野,去o左食魚旦粉 + 菜,清清地又夠飽

但係我覺得我大腿肌肉一用力, 就見到一舊肉突起呀... 好肉酸. 我尋晚有練到無影櫈, hold 到一分鐘, 之後就抽筋咁滯啦.

yoga combat 可以減到大腿內側肥肉咩? 其實yoga combat 主要做咩架?

Michele is drinking Abbot 高兒聰 vanilla taste, she still needs to add milo in it in order to finish just 6oz quickly and w/o throwing up. she tried Snowbrand (HK) and A+ before, but she almost threw up 3-4 times per week. I also think of Japanese brand formula, but they are so expensive and worry that it would be a waste if Michele doesn't like it. If you can really give me a few (just for one time) to try, that would be wonderful.

我之前都上過 jenna既堂, 未係好好, 但ok, 無你既情況出現, 可能pure而家不停expand, 周邊設備佩合唔到, mk centre 遲左2個半月先開, tst centre 為左應付mk既新member, 今個星期每日加10堂, 老師少左休息時間, 壓力大左, 質數未達正常水準
