The prccedure for detecting 精子抗體 is as follows

1. do do at home in the morning and then saw Dr. within 6 hrs as suggested

2. Dr.took some 分泌from my vagina.

3. 分泌 was examinated under a microscope

4. under the microscope, there was a number of sperm found, but all of them were unmoved.

5. Dr. said that it was impossible for the sperm died within several hrs. Thus, he diagnosed that I had 精子抗體 which killed the sperm when it entered into my vagina

In fact, I don't know the detailed reason of 塞藥. Dr. said that it helped maintain my 黃體素. After confirming pregnancy, Dr. suggested not to 塞藥
anymore as it was inconvenient for me if my vagina was bleeding unfortunately. Thus, he precribed the oral pill for me to maintain my 黃體素.

did dr ho suggest u to test for 精子抗體 when u first visited him? my doctor has never mentioned anything about it b4...

I had tested 抗精子抗體 (Anti-sperm Ab) before through blood test. Together with FSH, Prolatin, etc. 7 items cost $2,600. My result was negative but the Chinese doctor told me that 抗精子抗體 can be cured by Chinese medicine.

Long time no see la!
如看過我留言的都知, 我本身在七月做過連續兩日IUI, because Dr. Tung said my husband's 蟲蟲was too weak. But 都衰咗! :-(

今個八月是my 1st 休漁期, (本來想要繼續做IUI, but nurse suggested me take a rest)

就在這幾天準備點請假去看Dr. Tung進行我的another IUI之際, 我心血來潮, lunch時去了(屈人寺)買了一支驗孕棒試, 點知有兩條紫紅線呀, means懷孕呀!!

衣家慌失失咁, 吾知真定假呀, 仲未話比老公知, 點呀, 點做呀??? 咩feel都無播, 好驚運吉呀, 支驗孕棒38蚊渣, re吾reliable駕?

請指點

Dr. requested to check if I had 抗精子抗體 for the first month I visited him which near my time of egg release. I guess not all the Dr has such equipment (microscope) to do the testing.

I think that you 10 X 10 bingo la. Maybe you can check it by pregnancy test again or do a blood test to confirm it.
