someone said Kv + Sc will evaluate base on family's background, parent's job, address, or whether you are studying in PG/ pre-nursery class. . but nobody knows the real reason unless you have to ask the school. But if I think if you really like this kindergarten, you won't ask but it is no harm to write letters again and again to show your sincere.
just like Fanny, she said if you write down your kid is studying in xxx kindergarten for pre-nursery, the chance is low.. but a lot of moms can get the seats eventhough they marked this.
so, now i do not 100% trust Fanny.
she also said " Fanny PG's students won't be rejected.... " but now some her students are rejected, so what ?
