Well, my girl and my boy were both born on the same month... so we had a b-day party for the both of them together at the Disney Hotel. We had it in the ballroom with 60 guests... buffet, kids activities and invited 2 characters to show up for 30 mins@...
anyway, the party was fabulous.. kids loved loved loved it
but the final bill was scary..... my DH hated hated hated it!

Many of my friends asked whether I would do it again next year...

Well, perhpas 5 years later la before I can recover from that final bill :-( :-( :-( :-(

the most expensive part must be the Characters, isn't it???
i knew it from TVB news years ago.....a few thousands for each character (30 min session)

that's why we had party at the buffet resturant, and got 20% off ( i bought the annual pass, but only for 8 persons and the b-day cake, better than nothing)

it's perfect for a mum, 2 kids' b-day at the same mth......no need to prepare 2 times a yr ma, hahaha

are u going to pick up yr exp flap at NY??? then u have to pay tax.......it's around 8-9%......... but if u ask them to send it to hk, it charged $50 only...........of course, it may take sometime (may be more than 10 days) la......

well, the character, the backdrop, the decorations.. well, everything is really costly

... but okay la.. just once every 5 yrs !

YEha.. in fact, their b-day is only 4 days apart ga!
hee hee.. nice and easy every year!

the buffet sounds nice wor... I may consider having a mini , just family only party there next year sin!

oh.. I'm sorry.. but a little confuse coz we've been buying so much lately... if I remember correctly, you have a silver flap, right?

acutally I took it last Fri, and bought the exp flap...... and i found that quite a number of C9 asked the SA if they're (both classic & exp flap) available ......haha

Thanks a lot for your input. Much appreciated!! Sorry for the late reply as I had to hush my hubby to sleep... he had a really tough day at work so I didn't want to bother him with my "Chanel" dilemma

I did a bit of research after dinner and called up a friend (whom i call the Chanel Wikepedia, haha) and sent her a pic of the bag. Confirmed authenticity should be 99.99%. She said the bag was a big hit in Japan and apparently still is, although style-wise I have to agree with her that it is a bit too rock-chic for my age (but hey, i thought organic pharmacy lifted my face:-P ). Alright, I'll stick with cabas, although i might still get this for my niece..

Carrying this myself will certainly catch my hubby's eye and probe him to ask him i'm dating some rock star

not the way to go...

Yes... was soooo tired last night... and still a little tired today ah...better than yesterday though. Have you found the baby food you want for your kid? Remember to put sunblock on them in Hawaii!

I will try to not getting stressed too much. What about you? Busy too, right? I have been using my dark silver cabas everyday as my work bag

since it can be abused and be tossed anywhere and I don't need to care if it'll get scratched or anything.

But I have to find some time to use our exp. flap...maybe during the weekend. Hopefully it is not going to rain!!! I am still so much in love with our camel exp. flap. What a nice nice nice bag! When do you usually use your exp. flap?

According to the weather forecast, we will have some not so sunny days soon. But don't use the exp. flap in the rain woh. hehehe... when I first got it, the weather had been really rainny for quite awhile. But I managed to use it from garage to indoor shopping. Hey, even it is sunny, can still use the bag ga. People always use black bags no matter what the weather is.

I only orgainzed the 1st & 2nd b-day party for my daughter at a clubhouse function room.. with bouncy castle, Barney character etc... so u give me new idea for future b-day party.. :)

Just take some break la if you can. Well, I usually use my expandable flap during weekend. I love it so much ga. So, will you buy the metallic black? But in my opinion, if you've got another classic flap in black, then metallic black is kind of too similar la. How about the dark silver reissue? Did you get it in the end? I am demented recently, sorry.

Remember to take a picture for us and let everyone knows where did you take it to for the first time woh. I like the MC tote a lot but really out of my budget for a tote...I wish I dare to get one too! Another thing is I am too lazy to change bags

and don't go out enough to use all the bags gotten recently. Remember to keep changing bags and make them worth the money ah! :lol :lol :lol Our co-workers must be thinking we are nuts who keeps receiving bags from overseas. hheehehee....

I use mine during the weekend mostly too!! For sure I will get the dark silver reissue in 226. After seeing two pictures (not too clear pictures though) of the metallic black, I am not sure if getting it is the right decision since it looks just a little "令" here and there. Can't see how metallic it is. Do you think it is just the picture? I got a black lamb skin E/W flap ah... if the metallic black really looks like the picture I might not get the metallic black in 226 that was reserved. Give me some advice la!

Bad news!!! You might notice that I always have my facials to relax. But that facial lady just called me and asked if I want my appointment on Thursday @ 7, while I have an appointment with her tomorrow already. After asking, she has misunderstood me for cancelling tomorrow's appointment (I asked before if she is available on Thursday but she wasn't then) and wait list on Thursday!!! I will not have time on Thursday for that now.

No facial until next week ah!!!!

What a bad luck!!!!
