我除左睇東港城, 仲有新寶城, 南豐廣場, 將廣, 將中. 睇左咁多地方, 都係覺得東港單位最實用, 但係...我又覺得佢景觀同樓齡冇咁好, 所以仲3心2意緊, 應該楝樓齡新單位細?定單位大配套差? 真係好想揾到間又平又好用既 ...

Today, I find the price of 蔚藍灣畔 2-rooms flat, 65x (or 67x ?) ask for 2.2M only. Therefore, I think the transition may be around 2M. So attractive!

Tell the truth, I don't like 君傲灣 because
1) It close to the 'junk' area, may have 'bad' smell in summer.
2) no windows toilet
3) all the windows face to 1 directions (no air flows)
4) There has a b ...
