She's still ok as only started school for 1 month. Had 2 dictations for Chi and Eng each, test weeks in Nov.

I think her 壓力 will only increase with years and years. I had attended school's parent seminar last week. So high 壓力 for parents, particular in Eng and music.

Start from P2, in first week of each new school year, each students have to prepare their own profiles and present it in front of the whole class, to report their achievements (also attach with those certificate) in the past 1 year, in four aspects: 學術, 體藝, 社會服務 & 其他校外表演及活動!

好大壓力喎,即係無achievement唔得,會被比下去,但人仔細細,會有幾多achievement呀? 宜家d小朋友真辛苦. 咁妳如何幫瑤瑤達至such achievements?

wa. . . .你地傾好幾個issue wo!!

1. iph 4 . . .出左. 勁好玩. 好好用 (except battery唔好耐用, have to charge it every day); 老公出左 ipad. 一樣好like!!! 佢用來開會, 上課 take notes, 讚!!

2. 校際朗誦 - 有報, Eng and PTH. 亞女 like 上台表演. 佢agree先報. 我唸住 short term training, 2 months, 都唔係好 wasting time!! Let her play lar!!

3. 相識 over 7 載!!! clapping hands!!!

真係難得!!

4. P2 pressure - so far OK!! 不過, 係多野做左

cyma, yiuyiu 學校 really super agressive wo!! 好 push!!

profile presentation every year!? crazy!! 哪有甘多 achievement 可 present ar!!?

亞女學校係好 encourage 多才多藝, 不過, 又唔一定要參與. 全都係自願性質. 我唔比亞女玩甘多野啦!!

5. 亞仔小一 : 優才 rejected.

Logos 未有 call = no good news ar!!

多數都係唔得啦!!! 我對亞仔未敢寄望. :-|

真係好怕間間都唔收!!

as u said, 佢地人仔細細, that means, pressure for parents la! Achievement in four aspects:

學術 - honestly, I don't know how to help her, school may want them to take those international exams (of course at parent's own cost and training) such as Cambridge, HolyTrinity, Pearson ... etc but I haven't done any yet

體藝 - so far, she had only some 田徑獎, will have G2 piano exam next week but not optimistic. She likes sports but doesn't like music, art.......

社會服務 - try best for school's arranged flat day, 4 times for last year, so tired!

其他 - in addition to those regular after-school activities, try to record all those activities that she's attended, like YMCA camp, ECL camp, Noah Arh Camp, choir at 香兒!

出年點呢?

iph4 - are u using SxxTone? I plan to take this. 16 or 32? I prefer the later one as only a few hundred more expensive. However, have to wait for 4 - 6 wks.

I also struggle between iph4 and ipad but now decided phone as more convenient. If meeting at office, office provides portable PC, already very convenient. Therefore, my main purpose is only for my own "FUN".

In addition to this, also tried eye2 home phone? are u using this? also need to wait for 4 weeks.

田徑獎,已經好叻啦!
我家中兩小鬼就獎項欠奉了.
PIP有表演班課程,讀完課程便可以表演,好玩無壓力,妳可以考慮下.
另,校際朗誦節的朗誦比賽,要取良好獎不難,瑤瑤有報嗎?
小童群益會每年也有講故事比賽,只要參加,便有出席證書.
不知這些在學校來看,可算成就?
名校就是這樣,唯有努力啦!
瑤瑤仍然喜歡上學嗎? 她可有感到壓力? 有否埋怨?
