aggie_to,
For the first week my bb seems didnt like the rice cereal, but starting smoother this week lu. I sometimes need to pretend eating her food and make a face to let her know is very delicious < I actually dont think so>
Lamblamb,
You are right <a wave after a wave>
bbpooh and tingfai,
I put vaseline to bb's anus was advice by doctor, coz my b's anus' tissue was a bit torn. now better la!
I wish I have more time to talk with u guys, my b is now crying so noise, I cant concentrate
Yeah, allergy is very troublesome, you have to be very careful with the introduction of food from now on la... It's very natural to pass on your genes to your bb, whether bad or good, dont bother too much about what others say. Which brand is your bb eating?? Have you consider changing the brand?
Your bb may be allergic to wheat, check if they (Heinz & NESTLE) all got it. Every one says they like nestle, wonder what they add in it, the sucrose? I bought earth's best... waiting to start two weeks later
bbpooh,
Poor little pooh pooh. How is he today? I know how sad you must be. (Lulube once had rash after taking an eggplant too. I was very hurt at that time.)
Yes. Earth best is a good choice. You can get it from some Park'n shop or City Super. And there're other organic food available at City Super too.
Please check the greenpeace website as well. You'll get some idea of which brands of food will be more suitable for your baby.
diaperb,
I know! "Tum" BB to eat his food is like doing "monkey act" every day! I get so much exercise by this!!!
aggie,
I use the set of flashcards from GC since Lulube was 2 months old. He still seems to enjoy them as he smiles when I bring the cards out each time, but if he's hungry/sleepy, he'll lose his attention soon.
I read those Glenn Doman books while I was pregnant, but personally I'm not very pro-flash cards. Sometimes, I only manage to flash them to him once per day. My aim is not to have him learn all these difficult words, but to let him develop an interest in "words" or "characters" so hopefully he'll enjoy reading as he gets older.
