i don't think so, he corrected me many times, if you put 101% effort to do or green to yoga, he will correct you, there is further 20% of ability you can't push yourself, a teacher help you to reach your real maximum ability, not related to potential
during his class, he usually called out some familiar names, i noticed last time, those one who being been called are attained lots of his classes, but no endurance at all, release too early or didn't go deeper, remain in a very comfortable position
