btw, are you all using ear thermometer? as i find it is not accurate, the most accurate thermometer is the traditional - rectal glass thermometer... but the disadvantage is to take at least 2 mins and make him cry at midnight.

我都係用耳探架，其實耳探無肛探咁準，都係個句有少少燒都要食退燒藥，如果退哂我都會俾多1-2次佢食，以免佢番燒。
